Mr. Marley is President and CEO of MICA and served as MICA’s CFO for 11 years prior to filling this position. He also serves on the Board of St. Joseph’s Foundation at Dignity Health and is active in the MPL Association. Mr. Marley served as a VP at The Doctors Company. He earned an MBA from the University of San Francisco and a bachelor's degree from the University of Maryland.

Ms. Haworth is Sr. VP and COO of MICA. Ms. Haworth previously served as President of the SW Division and Sr. VP of Operations at PLICO, a division of MedPro Group, a MPL company based in Oklahoma. Ms. Haworth earned an MBA from Oklahoma City University and a bachelor’s degree from Brigham Young University.

Ms. Kenny is Sr. VP and CFO of MICA. She previously served at Physicians Insurance, a Seattle-based insurer, as Sr. VP, CFO, and Treasurer, and earlier as VP and Controller. She began her career at Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu Limited, a multinational firm, where she earned her CPA. Ms. Kenny holds a bachelor’s degree from Gonzaga University and brings extensive financial leadership experience.

Mr. Palmer is VP and Chief Information Officer at MICA. He previously served as Director of IT for EP Management Corporation. He is a member of the Technology, Human Resources, and Finance Committee with the MPL Association. He holds multiple technical certifications, including CompTIA A+, Network+, MCSA, MCSE, and SCSP. He earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Phoenix and has extensive experience in IT leadership and infrastructure management.

Ms. Krobot is VP of Claims at MICA. She previously led Claims/Litigation and Clinical Risk Management at Banner Health and was a Partner at Campbell Yost Clare & Norell, P.C., focusing on medical liability defense. She is a member of the State Bar of Arizona and earned her Juris Doctor and a health law certificate from DePaul University College of Law and a bachelor’s degree from the University of Arizona.

Susan M. Orris is Vice President of Underwriting at MICA. Before her promotion, she served as Director of Underwriting. She previously held underwriting and leadership roles at NORCAL Mutual Insurance Company, Professional Liability Agency, and PMSLIC Insurance Company. She holds the Certified Professional Insurance Agent designation, is a member of the MPL Association’s underwriting committee, and earned her undergraduate degree from Southern New Hampshire University.

Ms. St. Andre is VP of Human Resources and Administrative Services at MICA. She served as Sr. Human Resources Generalist for seven years before her promotion. She holds a Sr. Professional in Human Resources certification and is a member of SHRM and SHRM of Greater Phoenix. She earned an MBA from Central Michigan University and a bachelor’s degree from Arizona State University.

Ms. Woslager is the VP of Marketing and Corporate Communications at MICA. She previously served as the Director of Marketing at AmericanAg, and earlier as Vice President of Marketing at International Medical Group (IMG). She earned an MBA from Indiana University and a bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Miami University.
