Graphic Designer
Role Overview:
The Graphic Designer leads the development and execution of high-quality visual assets across print and digital channels. This role partners with the Marketing & Corporate Communications team, and cross-functional teams to translate business objectives into clear, compelling visual communications that support MICA’s brand, policyholder engagement, and growth initiatives.
This position owns projects from concept through final production, ensuring consistency with brand standards, adherence to timelines and budgets, and a high standard of quality. The ideal candidate brings a strong corporate design sensibility, attention to detail, and the ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do
Creative Development & Execution
- Design and produce marketing and communication materials including print collateral, digital ads, email campaigns, landing pages, and social media content
- Develop multimedia assets including basic motion graphics and video content, aligned with brand standards
- Support development of messaging, headlines, and visual storytelling elements as needed
Brand Stewardship
- Ensure consistent application of MICA's brand standards across all materials
- Provide guidance to internal teams on design best practices and brand compliance
- Support the evolution of MICA's brand across print and digital channels
Project Ownership & Collaboration
- Lead creative projects from concept through final production, managing timelines, priorities, and revisions
- Partner with Marketing & Corporate Communications and cross-functional departments to support business initiatives
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and consistency in creative processes
Production & Vendor Management
- Coordinate with printers, photographers, videographers, and external vendors to ensure quality and alignment with project objectives
- Manage print production specifications, schedules, and budgets
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of professional graphic design experience in a corporate environment
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop); Premiere Pro and After Effects experience preferred
- Working knowledge of motion graphics and video editing
- Demonstrated ability to produce clean, professional, structured designs aligned with corporate brand standards
- Familiarity with print production processes and file preparation
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to write copy or headlines as needed
- Experience leveraging AI tools to gain efficiencies while maintaining quality and human oversight
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
