MICA Announce Changes to its Medical Professional Liability Insurance Policy Form

The MICA Medical Professional Liability Reporting Policy (MPL-0001) was recently reviewed and revised primarily to clarify certain coverage sections. The revised policy form is effective 12/01/2010 for all new and renewal policies.
You will receive further information highlighting these revisions in your renewal census packet mailing. Your renewal census packet is mailed directly to you or your broker automatically by MICA approximately 90 days prior to your renewal date. Look for the information sheet titled, “Important Notice Regarding Your MICA Policy”.
