MICA Announces Professional Liability Reporting Form Changes

Effective December 1, 2008, MICA will be using a new Professional Liability Reporting Policy form (MPL-0001) for new and renewal policies . Please take the time to review the new policy and attached information sheet, as these changes may affect your coverage.
